Duties
& Responsibilities
• Handle all import and export documentation process;
• Responsible for the order processing and deliveries;
• General admin and sales support duties;
Requirements
• Good “A” level certificate or Diploma
in Business Studies or equivalent;
• Preferably have 2~3 years experience in a similar
capacity;
• Knowledge of import and export documentation
procedures will be a distinct advantage;
• Must have good knowledge of computers and basic
office software;
• Meticulous, systematic, cautious and a good
sense of numeracy;
• Strong inter-personal skills, reliable, and
a team player.
PART TIME SALES/ ADMIN SECRETARY
Part-time
Sales Admin Secretary needed to help in routine secretarial
and admin support for the Sales & Marketing staff.
Working hours can be flexible and arranged to suit your
personal schedule. Attractive terms and benefits will

but dynamic local company with a pleasant & friendly
work environment, located 5 mins shuttle bus ride from
Buona Vista MRT station. We work a 5 day work week.
